available staff efficient air conditioning small fridge convenient location
The staff was always available at the reception desk. the provided air conditioning worked effectively. i found a small fridge in the room. It kept my drinks cool. the location proved very convenient, particularly for accessing the metro station.
The walls seemed thin, as i could hear some noise from adjacent rooms. It was a minor issue but noticeable.

the staff was polite. they were ready to assist guests with directions. luggage storage was provided after checkout, helpful as i had a late flight.

the lobby area displayed appealing design. a lift provided access to all floors above the reception level. the hotel offered a boiling water supply for tea and coffee, accessible on a lower floor.

cold drinks useful fridge comfortable room
the staff was helpful with directions (i easily found my way around!). i liked the fridge in my room. it was useful for keeping drinks cold. the air conditioning worked well, keeping the room comfortable.
the elevator access was a bit limited.
