The staff was always available at the reception desk. the provided air conditioning worked effectively. i found a small fridge in the room. It kept my drinks cool. the location proved very convenient, particularly for accessing the metro station.
The walls seemed thin, as i could hear some noise from adjacent rooms. It was a minor issue but noticeable.

i found the staff very friendly , and they were willing to assist with any questions i had. the location was great , with a supermarket just outside the hotel. i also appreciated the ability to store my luggage both before and after check-in.

the staff was helpful with directions (i easily found my way around!). i liked the fridge in my room. it was useful for keeping drinks cold. the air conditioning worked well, keeping the room comfortable.
the elevator access was a bit limited.
